That's always been the case, and the media takes the bait every time.
But as to no jail/ continue the grift: very possibly true. Obviously if he wins, he's going to self pardon and, frankly, the rule -of-law will have ended at that point anyway. But if he loses, there will be a lot of pressure on Biden and Harris to "close the book" and offer Trump either pardons or prison-free clemency. My guess is that they'll cave; Kemp will drop the Georgia charges; and New York will, at worst, give him House Arrest. So yes, Don and Mike and Rudy will all be there on Trump TV /Newsmax/FAUX hawking pictures books,NFTs, gold, crypto - you name it.

OP
I would be surprised if he was given a jail sentence. The felonies are low and do not involve physical injury.

You might be right. But I will be shocked. Without seeing the PSI - we are only guessing.

Yes, I am aware of what the penalties can be. I do not believe he will get jail or prison time.

Thinking that, filters failing due to dementia, AND perhaps toddler snit fits at being told what to do by campaign

He is a loser. This is how losers act. They lose and then they whine and complain and say it was rigged.

If they think that Trump wants to lose, they should accommodate him and vote for Harris.

Maybe he thinks (not entirely without merit) that the enemy within is really his "within" circle.

The weave sounds a lot like someone with a load of coke and a fifth of scotch on board.

His spawn will take it hard, and Jared of course. The children always suffer.
