Taking a high dose of an anesthetic while in a pool is just an elaborate suicide.

The coroner's report noted he had an extraordinarily high level of K in his system, plus his heart condition exacerbated it, not to mention the drowning when his unconscious ass slid underwater. Really, not much different than drinking too much and drowning in your own puke.

Fact is, it's a common and safe drug when used properly.
