who are doing the heavy lifting, at this point our remaining Democratic elected officials; maybe get involved with a charity or some organization that helps the people most likely to be harmed soonest and worst. Donate to the ACLU or the Southern Poverty Law Center; they'll need all the help they can get. And do some things that make you feel good so you don't hurt and worry all the time. We're alive and we aren't powerless even though it feels that way right now. Most of all, don't give in to despair. Nothing gets done that way and you'll feel even shittier. Resist.
