33. That kind of relocation is a desperation move.

Relocation might make sense for some, but it doesn't have to be to some other country. In the first place, not all countries are looking for immigrants from the USA. Many countries have problems that are equally bad or even worse in comparison with our potential problems.

That is not the first option I'd consider. Relocation to a different state might be a reasonable option for some. Moving to a different country, however, is probably not the best idea, generally.
