88. Sound advice, but how do we plan?

All I know is that while we still have Biden in the White House it may be time to change all our account passwords and shut down all social media. There will be less protection. There is already a daily menace of account dupes trying to trick us.
For those who need expensive medications for health issues, how do they plan? Our healthcare may be cut.
I just finished Navalny's 'Patriot' and it is clear what corruption does to everything people need to get by. Putin will now have a hand in our lives. He retaliates against anyone who stands up to him and his corrupt officials. Certainly, tRump will follow suit.
Everyone's pensions, SS, Veteran's benefits, Medicare and Medicaid will be at risk.
Food prices and medications will become even more expensive if available at all.
Climate change will not be addressed and the monster storms and disasters will continue to grow.
I could go on, but all I see is hardship for those of us who aren't wealthy and above the fray.
How do we plan?
