Very helpful.
Fiscal/financial any advice is appreciated.
Many years ago, like 20, a friend who had a lot of money, but liked to stay very under the radar-told me to get a Swiss bank acct.
it’s seemed wild, incredible, bc at that time he advised I fly there. There was no internet of investing then. I didn’t do it.
However, one thing he said, I did manage. I bought silver. It’s gone up, but it’s still not terrible per ounce. It’s reasonably portable, and is a bit of a store of assets, that I feel comfortable with. I use Kitco.com if anyone has interest. You can sign up for a “pool” acct. conversion is into coins, or bars.

As for other aspects, some good advice here.
