In the past 30 months, I have suffered physical injury which has caused me to become disabled, the loss of my partner and best friend of over 50 years, a serious illness which put me into care facilities for 4 months and further disablement. I have previously had to come to terms with grief and bereavement, not only for the loss of my wife, but also for the loss of my former life. I recognize from the posts I am seeing, that there is just widespread grief and bereavement and PTSD.

Till you've lived through it a few times, you don't even recognize it, nor how to deal with it. I fear there will be very many peoplewho will need help getting through this ,but won't ask for, nor get any.
