Trump Sentencing [View all]

Donald Trump is scheduled to be sentenced for his fraud convictions in New York state this month. everyone knows he will not go to jail. I suggest that we have one of two options. (1). Sentence Trump to a two-year suspended sentence and the conviction stands, or (2). Toll the time for sentencing to after Jan. 20, 2029.

Now look, you can reply to this post with opinions that are just not practical. I just don't want this case tossed. I want Trump to remain a convicted felon with his sentencing hanging over his head.
