(1,359 posts)as much as possible; I’ll limit my consumption to a podcast or 2 once in awhile.
*I’m increasing my daily walk or hike to about an average 15,000 steps.
*I’ll be going to a different gym 3x a week because I don’t want to communicate or be around the MAGAt acquaintances I used to spar with; my anger is such that I will get belligerent with them.
*More nonfiction reading on my favorite topics.
*Work on the play I’ve started to write about Mahler, the composer.
*Watch movies and series on the streaming services.
*Continue exploring and creating new plant based meals.
*Skiing once the snow gets on the slopes.
*Make life as comfortable and stress free as I can for my wife and myself.
*Once things start going south, I’ll fight along with the Resistance in some capacity; at 70 I don’t know what that will be, but it will be something.
Right now I’m suffering news withdrawal but I’ve not watched anything since Tuesday night and don’t want to watch anything in the near future.
Good luck to all, my heart goes out to you. We will need each other to get through the times ahead.
