I will not support the idea that he is not going to jail. If that doesn't happen, then why bother to even have laws. He's going to turn loose a whole bunch of criminals anyway.

Someone who is in a position of power has to have some balls to stand up to this guy and put the fear of God into him. Sentence him to four years in prison, and incarcerate him, where's the most dismal prison in New York? Make the shills come out and see what they can do.
