In western WA (where I live) of doing some claw-back of all that red county welfare we send as most of those counties do basically nothing for themselves but sit on their fat asses. Some are a real mixture but very productive- kind of a mixture, and need a bit for the gaps. But some won't even fix their own damn roads. They're welcome to join Idaho.
