He's extremely self-aware and self-reflective.

More than most comedians, he addresses anger issues and toxic behaviors and how working to improve on male behaviors wired in by society and upbringing is something men should be doing.

He went on Joe Rogan and basically told him he was completely full of shit straight to his face.
