They do not have any problem with being a Russian colony.

Other people are in denial and shock.
The truth is too painful to face.
Losing our democracy and our country is very hard to accept.
They pretend nothing has changed.
And bicker over nonsense and minutia that has no bearing on current reality whatsoever.

Other people have obvious agendas.
They don't even bother to hide them either.
