You can't just fight for good causes only when you win. You have to fight when you lose. If nobody tries to save America, or improve her, then we absolutely lose. I'm glad people were abolitionists and suffagettes and fighters for civil rights and.... even though they all lost and lost and lost some more. They made progress. The battles continue. We can't just throw up our hands and give up; it's our turn to fight. Don't think I'm happy about it because I'm not. Also I'm tired. I've been fighting for 30 years now and have lost consistently. But I am NOT giving up.

Starting over is still better than being in a country where what we had for the last 4 years isn't even possible
