17. Yes, a lot of cities are experiencing this. WFH doesn't help.

But even before the pandemic, this was starting. The young people moving here are just.... different. They order in instead of eating out. They shop online. They prefer to have stores like Target downtown to local department stores. Seattle used to be bustling with coffee carts - they were everywhere. Now you hardly see one. Local music and theatre are basically gone.

It's a different world. I don't like it as well. I like a vibrant downtown.
