Last summer I too was diagnosed with prostate cancer and had my prostate removed in the Fall of 2023. My last PSA test a month ago indicates I am non detectable for cancer cells.
You will have many choices, surgery, radiation and it will be very confusing. Read the literature and ask questions, none are stupid questions. There are many groups that you can talk to about your concerns and questions.
Your prognosis is very good with today's surgery and radiation treatments. We are all thinking of you and wish you the best of all outcomes.

I have prostate cancer as well. I was diagnosed in July 2016. I had a robotic prostatectomy to remove my prostate.

Damn. So sorry to hear! My dad did beat it ? late '80s, early '90s, and treatements have improved! Good luck
