About this pardon for Hunter [View all]

I hadn't actually read it but was good with what I heard. Pardoned for the gun thing and the IRS - both fine by me. Victimless crimes. But, then I read the pardon and now I'm wondering, uh, WTF? This is a blanket pardon for any and all crimes, known or unknown for an eleven year period. How can someone be pardoned for something they've not been charged with and what other crimes are we talking about here? Is this even constitutional? When Hunter made a plea deal, his lawyers tried exactly this - a blanket pardon and it didn't fly with the court.
