I still believe we still have one of the better justice systems in the world (behind Scandinavia countries, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and (possibly) the UK. But yeah, it’s still not anywhere near perfect and definitely favors the rich and powerful to an unacceptable degree. Our prison system lowers our ranking too (we have terrible prisons).
