U.S. Department of Justice suspends controversial airport search program - no more stealing peoples money [View all]

summary: airport employee paid as informant would notify DEA of people who booked last minute tickets.... only on that info, DEA would swoop down to take their cash. Most seemed to be males within a certain age range... 30 to 40.

the airport informant would get a cut of the cash seized.
