12. Yes, I am have a tough time believing this story too.

Sounds much more likely that he shot her and blamed it on the 2 year old. I really hope that was the case and they prove it. The kid will already be messed up enough growing up without a mom, I hope the poor kid doesn't have to also live with the guilt of having killed her.
