4. My point is that I have not heard of a single person being detained

in connection with LGBTQI identity. They are detaining people right now - and keeping them under harsh conditions, away from their legal counsel and friends/relatives they need to be in touch with. But, as of now, they do not seem to be targeting non-US citizens who are LGBTQI on entry for identity reasons. (I actually haven't heard of any who have been swept up for other reasons - but at least I'm not seeing LGBTQI targeting on entry.

Certainly there are very valid reasons for LGBTQI individuals not to be coming to the US right now. There are valid reasons for any thinking, caring, individual to avoid the US right now. My point is just that the immigration issues, specifically, don't (yet) seem to be targeting non-US citizens who are LGBTQI.
