In reply to the discussion: 2020 Mark Zuckerberg or Bernie Sanders? [View all]NurseJackie

... a bit of a mixed bag, right?
we have no idea what MZ thinks about any of the pertinent issues, other than some public statements that tend to lean left.
In this alternate reality poll, Zuckerberg will likely have let people know in great detail where he stands on "any of the pertinent issues". Based on the choices given here, it's easy for me to imagine that Zuckerberg has a much more positive and realistic and practical outlook.
I've seen videos of him speaking, and he appears to be very eloquent and able to express himself without resorting to aggressive gestures and tones... that's also something about him that would appeal to me very much. Zuckerberg has a calm demeanor and he seems to be very respectful of others. In my opinion, that would be an important quality for Zuckerberg (or any candidate) to have when dealing with leaders and diplomats from other nations.
I'm not enthused about supporting a businessman with no political experience...I mean, it worked out so well this past fall, right?
What are you saying? Does this mean that you're suggesting Zuckerberg is as bad as Trump?

I'd be happy with ANY candidate who didn't spend half his/her time trashing Democrats or the Party.

You're forcing folks here to choose between "I hate Bernie Sanders" and "Get Off My Lawn"

You could have put just about anybody against Sanders in the primary and I would have gone for them.
