41. I just used it last night to sketch a quick diagram for someone.

I use it all the time at work for screen captures for the help desk folks (Ctrl+PrntScrn, Ctrl+V into Paint).

Yeah, there are other free programs out there, but I don't have the time to research them or learn how to use them.
