You made SCotUS explicitly your point. Even though they delayed proceedings, tRump would still be running free even if they had not spent any time making their ruling and even if they had not been called on to get involved.

For incitement to be okay, it would have to be in a President's official duties. There is no way that inciting civil violence advances the strength and unity of the UNITED States. A President has no authority to attack the institutions of the US violently or by proxy. Using violence to thwart democracy and block the peaceful transfer of power violates the oath to defend the US Constitution which is constructed to use democracy and enable the peaceful transfer of power.

You will not be able to show that are official duties or allowed by the Oath of Office.

You will need to show that to support your post.

There is much over-reaction to the SCotUS decision, flawed though it is. On this forum and in the Party, we will succeed more if we don't over-react.
