My point was the system being overwhelmed and you may interpret the decision but it is quite simply not clear and I believe that is on purpose. So if he gets someone in his DOJ to crime for him, he is totally untouchable the way they have written it, but that is for the experts to decipher not me. Please accept that I know what my point is when I post it.
