14. They are targeted online ads for the most part, but some markets get them on TV

Most assuredly Washington DC. TLP has stated one of the main purposes off their ads is to make sure the Killer Clown sees them, and sees everyone making fun of him, just to get under his skin.

They play in other states too, I've seen 1 or 2 here in Western PA. TLP is spending $1 Million in Texas to play them in targeted areas, and to targeted internet denizens.

The key to 21st Century Campaigning is making sure the target audience sees the ads, not so much that the rest of us notice them. It's more cost effective, and way more effective.
