4. Cheddar Cheese, Onion, Mustard, drop of hot sauce, a pinch of cocktail sauce

I mix the mustard, hot sauce and cocktail sauce up before I put it on the burger, slather it over the onion, under the cheese. My wife thinks I’m nuts and she knows I’m usually in the way in the kitchen.
