messes staff made because they refused to follow the guidance I was being paid to give them. I gave it a year and decided to admit defeat. The position had been empty for 4 years before I took it because the situation was well known locally. But hell, I gave it my best shot, learned a lot, and left on good terms with most everyone. I’m going to call it a win. Inter-employment, I like it!
