I'll start:
Doing a job for a customer today while he was swapping in some old style storm windows.
"Been putting it off," he said as he was heading to the garage, "but I guess I gotta do it."
"Pane management is important," I said.
He made a noise of agreement and continued on, then returned in a moment or two.
"That was terrible," he said.
