Wisconsin does have some traditional supper clubs but it can run you 100 for just a steak dinner each. But there is live entertainment or an old piano bar. And of course cocktails like old fashions or a Manhatten. After dinner drinks like grasshoppers and Brandy Alexander or a coffee and cognac. Haven't been to one since the pandemic though.
