Is there a rationale for this? Have lots of terrorist incidents occurred at drive-through windows? Are they otherwise bad for public safety? Really?

This is another example of the bullshit from 9/11.

Okay, I do realize that the rationale is "to cut down on vehicle noise, idling and traffic and to make sidewalks safer for pedestrians." But is that honestly a strong enough reason?

Says the woman who almost never uses a drive through of any kind.
