Tioga - 1,187 (1,313)
Westmoreland - 24,378 (25,332)

For Shapiro
Beaver - 11,732
Butler - 13,486
Cameron - 230
Tioga - 1,380
Westmoreland - 26,712

Looks like there was a fair amount of ticketsplitting for Shapiro/Oz given the difference in vote totals.
