USPS daily reports of election mail status in VA - are they happening? - what do they show? [View all]

An agreement was reached that the USPS would daily either report all clear of election mail or explain what or why election mail was not cleared.

I've tried to find any information about what these daily reports have shown with no luck. Has anyone seen reporting of them?
