But I really, for once, could not take it. He seemed genuinely shocked that someone spoke up. I didn't throw any F bombs, thank god. I'm just sorry it took place at a social event. Not a huge drama scene but it sort of threw a turd in the punch bowl for my partner.
She's cool with it though. Now she says she glad I spoke up in a soft spoken way because she was about to go off, F bombs and all, after idiot said Hillary is a "lesbo."
I try to be polite in social situations and NEVER bring up politics unless I'm with a like-minded person or someone else brings it up. Just sick of the rudeness.
