Soy sauce and usually some kind of citrus juice. The citrus cuts down on the sodium, but tricks your tongue into thinking it's still there.

Plus, they taste great together.

You can get the exact same effect by adding some citrus juice to whatever you're cooking or marinating with soy. It'll save you some money and pantry space.
