a little of each. While I agree with lunasun above I would guess that nobody or very few people became vegetarians because they hate meat. I have never understood why anyone cares, it seems just another way to try to make you feel badly about not eating meat.

Sometimes you just want a sandwich that is like a hamburger. You can go with veggies but why not let someone have the choice of fake meat. I happen to like some of the stuff.

Whatever you do will be great. I will die before I ever even see a vegetarian restaurant where I live. There are some with choices but I end up eating a lot of french fries and broccoli around here.

Good for you, have fun and let us know how it goes and where it is. If I am ever through there I will stop in and support it.
