I started having symptoms 2 years ago of constant extreme joint pain like you. Turned out I had developed an autoimmune disorder.

Not trying to diagnose you, but could be something to check.

P.S. When I did have fibromyalgia, Duloxetine (Cymbalta) really helped keep the fibro pain in check.
