4. If the topical stuff was CBD only, no THC content

it's perfectly legal to mail order it, that's what I did before NM told the godly to sit down and shut up and made it all legal for recreation, which means no more hoops to jump through. My jumping days are over. If the stuff has THC in it, try some without, see what happens.

Roller coaster weather does mess with our bodies, especially if we've got some sort of autoimmune thing going on. I'm always far worse in spring and fall, at least when we get them.

The problem with fibro is that staying inert is probably the worst thing you can do. The best thing is to take your pain med, wait until you feel a tiny bit better, then get under a hot shower and start doing slow stretches. Lower the water temperature as soon as you can and keep doing slow stretches until you start to feel a bit looser. Yeah, I know, it sucks that the last thing you want to do when you hurt with fibro is the thing you should be doing.
