9. I'm so sorry

I feel hope is never gone for good, but I feel the vicious cycle is continuing - where we cleaned up a
mess and they’re rewarded the chance to make an even bigger mess than this last one and the one before that, etc.

So many people have shown us who they really are.

How great it might’ve been to have been alive in an earlier time, maybe especially around the 1933-1969 years, when we had all Democrats in the White House, save for eight years of the last good Republican president we had.
