What's for Dinner, Sun., Apr. 7, 2024 [View all]

Stir-fry vegetables and crispy tofu squares. The veggies are red and green peppers, snow peas, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, scallions, carrots. I used honey-orange sauce that I made a few days ago because I made some extra for an occasion like this.

Kombucha is snickerdoodle flavor. Has cinnamon and vanilla in it.

Dessert: sliced apple and cut up mint. Dark Chinese tea.
