58. Wow I have been having dreams

of sending out unconditional love and light and then you send me this wonderful post Howler!!! The crystal prayer grid sounds interesting, I haven't heard of it before.

Yea, sometimes we have to hold our own space (I was going to say stand our ground, but that phrase has been ruined now) I think sometimes angels can help with this too.
