1) Registered Independents or non-Democrats pretty much out of luck and cautioned against Voter Fraud
2) The Provisional Ballot Democrats who can show that they were registered Democrat and did not disenfranchise themselves could be counted later(if it matters)
3) Apparently New York Primary remains Closed-no mention of Constitutionality of New York primary Law(I've read a SCOTUS case approving of New York's Closed Primary which seemingly would be binding although I didn't do a writ history)

Getting a court order is better than a provisional ballot, as your vote will be counted TODAY.
