I've got several thoughts:
1) is your correct email address showing (and repeated) on the edit page? If it is leave it alone.
2) try to change your password (as a trial) to something very simple (without additional characters etc.). They give no restrictions, but some sites don't allow for certain character/punctuation. If this is successful you can go back and change it to something more complex.
3) there is also a password recovery link (but I honestly don't see where that helps you, as you obviously have a valid password)
