So the if Durant is 6'10" or 6'9" as you say, that would make Jordan 6'5" and Pippen 6'6".

That makes your argument on height not a factor at all. All the Warriors three-point shooters would still prevail. And you're forgetting that that Warrior team was the best defensive team of it's time also.
