3. I've wondered about this for awhile, especially since one of the most qualified candidates in U.S. history "lost"

To one of the least qualified ever - Hillary Clinton, a First Lady, Senator and Secretary of State "lost" to a failed "businessman" with no government experience and no knowledge of either history or even geography. And I've also gone through the list in my head, Golda Meir (Israel), Indira Gandhi (India), Benazir Bhutto (Pakistan), Margaret Thatcher (Britain), Angela Merkel (Germany). Mary Robinson (Ireland), Jacinda Ardern (New Zealand) - and those were just ones I thought of offhand, I'm sure that there have been many more. And these weren't necessarily recent...
