Signs, Signs, Everywhere a Sign...

One of the things when traveling is seeing some of the old signs, murals, and markers. Sadly, many areas have homogenized (McDonalds, Starbucks, Walmart, etc). It's nice to see creativity, history and local flavor.

90 years after a deadly labor strike, SC textile town may finally be ready to own its history

Used to hear stories of house renovations in that area and they would dig .45 slugs from the walls.

HONEA PATH – Ninety years after one of South Carolina’s deadliest labor strikes, the remains of the mill where flaring tempers escalated into gunfire that left seven dead are set to come down.

Partial demolitions in the past left remnants of the textile plant that operated for a century at the center of Honea Path, like a ghostly reminder of the Chiquola Mill Massacre many wanted forgotten.

But time has slowly loosened the once-silencing grip the tragedy had on the small Upstate town.

Interesting Chart regarding Media Bias

https://adfontesmedia.com/interactive-media-bias-chart/

Interesting to see a how a lot of media outlets breakdown across the spectrum. I am a cord cutter so I have used Scripps, Weather Nation, SkyNews, CNN Replay and even Fox Live (it's mostly affiliate and live feeds with no opinion or commentary).
