Judges that cannot accept precedent are beholden to something other than the Constitution

They should be removed for siding with those in rebellion against the USA

December 7, 2023

Post Civil War

Reconstruction period, former Confederates were removed from political office or prevented from running. This was enforcement of the occupying US Army, which was the enforcement authority during that time period. There were no civil authorities (courts). All this was overseen and run by General Grant.

Post 14th Amendment, Congressional removal of "disabilities" were needed to run for office. Apparently these were granted several times in laws and amnesties that dated into the early 20th century. Former Confederates couldn't just run for office, they needed approval.

Now that's been flipped on its head. No one's responsible, no one knows who to turn to, no one wants the responsibility, no clear precedent was set, and it would be a terrible tragedy to apply the Constitution to Trump.

Trump has said he's at war with American democracy. Is that good enough? If he's at war with the government, he shouldn't run the government.

Don't ignore narcissistic injury to stupid people and the resultant trauma bond

Internal strength eviscerated, taught to worship narcissistic leaders to the point of moral and financial bankruptcy, anger directed against demonized political opponents, guns as a solution to anger and insecurity, stir the rage daily with a talk show home fryer, and you have loose cannons ready to blaze on any given day.

The trauma bond is they're being flattered, protected, energized at the same time they're being used, exploited, denigrated, disrespected. They lose their minds to demi-gods hell bent on power and money. I wonder if these shooters feel on a gut level that they are only trying to do their part in the power grab.

That's the cycle, culture covers for the rich and discontents the left who elect fascists eventually

Then wars, revolutions, insurrections leading to regret and cleansing and we start over.

The French Revolution, btw, could be seen as having a significant insurrection component, since there were elites stirring up the populace before and during.

That's spot on, and how do rural Dems and Inds perceive the REPUBLICAN WAR ON NEIGHBORS?

That's what I've been calling the LGBTQ/Abortion Bounties/CRT Censorship/Voter Suppression. Republicans are dividing America into those who agree with them and will strong arm the citizenry, and those they morally demonize so they can punish them. It is a none-too-subtle war of hatred. I suspect many people don't clearly realize what's going on so they just go along.

Suggestion: Don't call the violent assault on democracy "the Big Lie." It doesn't matter what they believe. What matters is that they invited foreign enemies to attack us and then attempted a coup d'état.

It's the Big Treason.

"Ooh, look, these people have been *tricked* into believing this unusual thing - let's study it! Oh, such a problem," is the wrong framework. Relieves criminals of their own FREE WILL AND RESPONSIBILITY.

Selfish, deluded, asshole traitors betrayed America. It doesn't matter why.

The traitors broke laws, must be tried, and if the evidence is beyond a reasonable doubt, convicted. As such, I don't give a fuck what they believe.

The courts' question is did they:
- Engage in conspiracy
- Assault
- Kill
- Launder money
- Work for foreign nations?

They can believe the Tooth Fairy encouraged them to attack the Capitol on January 6, 2021. That matters not a whit. The question is, did they:
- Incite violence
- Organize the attack
- Commit wire fraud?

That should be our focus: PROSECUTE CRIMINALS.

The tax-evading bajillionaires behind the attack on democracy paid big bucks to create these propaganda networks spreading lies and encouraging malicious ignorance.

Focus on THE PEOPLE BEHIND THIS ATTACK.

No more debates about evolution.
End public discourse on "Is algebra satanic?"
Shut down anyone who calls it a "post-truth world."
Shame and ridicule those who don't believe in science.
Encourage different opinions, but stop allowing people to have their own facts.

The trend toward Idiocracy was a long-term operation to manufacture consent by cultivating an insane, fascism-prone mindset. It's psychological warfare.

No more gauzy media profiles of the people they turned into weapons. Too much is at stake.
