Goddessartist's JournalHorse feather
Here's a turkey feather I painted about 4 or 5 years ago. It was about 8" long. Painted with acrylics.
Rhea, Crone Bride
Here's one of my last polymer pieces. Early 2000's. She's made of translucent polymer clay, with colors mixed in for the veins and skin color. She has white mohair, and is a bit painted with acrylics. Her gown is silk gauze. She's completely posable at her joints. She sits in her chair with her bouquet waiting for her groom to arrive. She'd be about 18" if standing.
Winter Wizard
Here's a sketch I did early 2000's. Winter Wizard. 8" x 10" pencil sketch. Just a quick sketch, not finished, but a collector bought it. I had scanned it in and lightly colorized it. I was looking at a Michelangelo sculpture when I sketched his face. Someday I may print it out and mount it to a board and paint it in oil, and yes, finish it.
The Little Thief
Here's a full sculpture I made around a decade or so ago. She's fully sculpted from Aves Apoxie Sculpt (http://avesstudio.com) over wire and foam armature, painted with acrylics, with wool hair. A Metro bus driver in Kent I think bought her.
She's a Sprite that 'collects' beautiful pieces of jewelry.
Jasper
our big boy - 18.5 lbs and not overweight, poses in front of his feeding station, in front of his Dryad
He's lovey but don't pick him up! Only I can do it sometimes, and in a very specific way!
Fox and lynx on turkey feathers
Happy Monday!
Here are two turkey feathers I painted in 2018 or so. I painted lots of feathers for folks - horses, cows, a pit bull, etc. I really like these two. I have a tub full of beautiful turkey feathers from my friends' wee farm.
For all of you SF/Fantasy folks, here's Chthulha
yes, Chthulha
I sketched her in the early 2000's and she was picked to be on the cover of a sci/fi/fancon, I believe it was in Orlando. I went to so many conventions they're all blurred in my memory. My husband at the time was the Artist GOH, but they picked my art, which was, er, uncomfortable. He's since passed,
Good morning!
We love our babies. One of our kitties, Midnight, sleeps with me every night, along with our Aussie, Josie. She's a small girl, weighing 40 lbs. Her dad is a mini and her mom full size. Our cats, Midnight and Jasper, are brothers. They all love each other.
Here's Josie and Jasper in front of the fire.
Good morning! I'm a terrible photographer, but here is a sculpture
I made - her name is Panthera. About 21" from base to head, with posable fingers, so you can put different things in her hands, made of Aves Apoxie Sculpt over wire and foam, painted with oils, Tibetan lamb's hair, crystal eyes for her and the raven, who is posable. His name is Jax. She also has a posable dragon called Bangorath.
She has a tail, posable, and spots around her face and eyes, as a panther would.
There are three images in total.
FYI my handle is Goddessartist since 1998 when I was making Goddess figures and selling them at private shows in Manhattan every year.

Happy Tuesday! Here's a gouache color study
I made back in the early 2000's. Maybe 2003. Anyway I'd never used gouache so I scanned a drawing, adhered it to masonite, and did two color studies with it. Here's one. I used a photograph for reference for the woman, and then made everything else up, as per usual.
