My wife and I were in our car going home and she turned to me and said "I'm going to miss Joe". He is a wonderful human being who I believed cared about our country and its citizens. He was the right guy for our country. Unfortunately, our country is at its most selfish mindest that is the direction our country has gone since the election Ronald Reagan.

The only regret I have is Joe did not make a speech during Covid empahsizing sacrifice by all Americans asking everyone including business leaders to not raise prices. Instead the selfishness that is now ingrained in America is one of the root causes for the inflation.
He should have invoked how our country put up with rationing in WW2 as a way to hold prices and everyone accepted that it was the best for our country. Instead we have business leaders who only care about themselves and their profits which we saw them having record profits at the expense of our citizens. It is how many people reacted to wearing a mask. Basically, eff people with cancer. We only care that wearing a mask might be an inconcoveience.

End corporate healthcare and repeal ACA

and you would have single payer in 2 years. If everyone had to go the the"free market" and buy health insurance the revolt would be swift. People would freak out how they are treated by the free market. I bought insurance pre ACA. My conservative friend is buying healthcare. He spends $20k per year and for that he gets a yearly checkup. He is pissed. My other conservative friend is all in for single payer. He was in class with Chris Wray at yale.
